The leading employees of the company are professional estimators with several years of experience in estimating. In order to save on hiring independent estimation specialists in the company, we offer a professional construction estimation service. Estimates are possible to compile according to an individual form or based on the form of the Latvian construction standard LBN 501–17. Management Technology develops estimates for: private homes, public buildings, schools, kindergartens, shopping malls, etc. construction of facilities. We prepare estimates for the renovation of buildings, offer control estimates, estimates for state and municipal tenders, as well as estimates for insurance companies for damages and obtaining loans from banks. We prepare a schedule of construction works.
