The bank offers 2 options for completing a mortgage agreement:

An agreement with the right to transfer the mortgaged property – if necessary, the credit can be completely settled in exchange for the mortgaged property.
The funding can amount up to 75% of the market value of the mortgaged property.
An agreement without the right to transfer the mortgaged property.
The funding can amount up to 85% of the market value of the mortgaged property.
Credit collateral – mortgaged real estate.
Advantageous interest rates.
Minimum credit amount – 10,000 EUR or the equivalent in USD.
Repayment period – up to 25 years.
